Every engagement starts with a free 3-minute diagnostic scan. It compares your business against its peer cohort across five leak categories and surfaces the gaps worth investigating.
If the scan finds recoverable money, a Fruxal specialist takes over the recovery work end-to-end — drafting SR&ED technical narratives, renegotiating vendor contracts, filing grant applications, auditing payroll treatment. You stay in the loop but don't have to do the work.
We charge 12% of confirmed recovery. Not estimated recovery, not projected savings — only dollars that actually land in your account. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing. No retainers, no hourly billing, no hidden fees.
